Management Board:
Marek Tyminski - Chief Executive Officer
Working in the field of computer games since 1997. He occupies several positions on boards of commercial law companies (especially publishing and distributing companies). He is the chairman of the Lions Club Warsaw Center. He completed management courses in the Canadian International Management Institute (CIM) – 2004-2005 (a practical equivalent of the MBA), the Management Development Program 2006 in Darden, University of Virginia and the Leadership Development Program – Center of Creative Leadership 2007 in Brussels.

Krzysztof Bujak - Financial Director
Has extensive experience in managing the financial affairs of large companies. Previously employed in the Audit and Commercial Counselling Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the media holding Eurozet Sp. z o. o. and on various managerial positions in companies belonging to the Germanos Group (Financial Manager, Financial Director), has also held the position of Financial Controller of the Germanos Group. Graduate of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) program and member of the international ACCA.

Krzysztof Sroczynski - The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, earlier in his career took up positions e.g. in American Travel Abroad Inc (Sales and Marketing Director), Philip Morris Polska (Marketing Director), and Gillette Polska (Business Development Director); he was also a consultant in Russell Reynolds ING. Currently, he is employed as the Board Chairman of the Creativity and Research Institute.

Prof. Marek Wierzbowski - Member of the Supervisory Board. He is also a member of Supervisory Boards of Axa PTE S.A., BPH S.A. Bank, Betacom S.A., and Novitus S.A. He also acts a Vice-Chairman of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Board, and Supervisory Boards of Ceramika Nowa Gala S.A. and Skyline Investments S.A.

Tadeusz Kistryn - Member of the Supervisory Board has also recently acted a member of the Board at Haarman Hemmelrath Sp. z o.o. He is also the President of the Board of Trustees of the Sadren Sp. z o.o auditing company.

Lech Tyminski - Member of the Supervisory Board. Formerly, he was a vice-chairman of Urząd Energii Atomowej. He was also a vice-minister in the Ministry of Energy, an adviser to the Prime Minister, and a commercial adviser in Stockholm. In the early 1990s he was a representative of Generator AB, a Swedish company, in Poland. His area of expertise involved introduction of new energy technologies in Poland.
